Thrive MD Wellness has done wonders helping me throughout my weight loss journey. Since just after Thanksgiving, I'm down 37.2 pounds and am now more than halfway to my goal weight. It's challenging at times, but our nurse Jen is so encouraging and helpful, and our weekly zoom calls keep me accountable for all the good and bad choices. Those calls also help me turn the bad choices into better choices. Thank you Jen...and thank you Thrive MD.

What a great place, everyone is so helpful. The Dr took his time and made sure I had a plan that would work for me. The nurse Jen is fantastic! She goes over your plan making sure each week you feel ok, are eating what you should and getting some type of movement. I can't give them enough praise. The best part is they can help anyone who lives in the state of FL with zoom calls and texting. You always have a way of reaching them with questions or concerns. I'm so glad I am doing my GLP-1 with this great bunch of professionals. Their prices are very reasonable as well. Thank you Thrive MD Wellness for helping me be a healthier person.

Thrive MD Wellness was built on one idea: medication without follow-up is not care. A physician sets your protocol, a nurse watches how you respond week by week, and your plan changes when your body does.
We've been where you are. Most of our team has struggled with weight, faced judgment, and felt stuck. That's why we created Thrive: to offer something better.
We believe weight management care shouldn't be out of reach. That's why we've made physician-guided care affordable and accessible nationwide. Our mission: help 1 million people take charge of their health, together. Join us.
Get started
Jacksonville, FLWe don't just hand you medication and send you on your way. Every patient receives ongoing educational content covering nutrition, movement, and mindset. For anything medical, you have direct access to your provider through your patient portal.
01We teach you to see GLP-1 medication as a tool to work with, not the solution. We focus on building sustainable habits around protein intake, hydration, fiber, and exercise that will serve you long after you reach your goal.
02Every treatment plan is evaluated and prescribed by an independent, state-licensed physician. You are never handed medication without a licensed provider reviewing your history, your goals, and your response over time.
03Compounded GLP-1 medications are prepared by state-licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies. We do not source from overseas suppliers. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
04We started in a single Jacksonville office, teaching patients how their metabolism works and why medication is a tool, not a fix. That same curriculum is what every patient nationwide receives today.
05Affordable pricing with no insurance approval needed. Month-to-month with no contracts. Transparent pricing from day one. When your insurance says no, we say yes.

Compounded Drug Formulations
In certain situations, healthcare providers may prescribe compounded medications, which are custom-prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies based in the U.S. These medications are not FDA-approved for safety or effectiveness but may be used when alternatives are not available or appropriate.
Thrive MD Wellness helps facilitate both FDA-approved and compounded medication fulfillment via its partner pharmacy network. These formulations are personalized to meet individual patient requirements and may differ from commercial products.
